What is Richelieu Launchpad?

Richelieu provides an easy-to-use interface for projects wishing to launch on zkSync. Our launchpad currently uses the fair launch model as we believe it to be the fairest fundraising method to date in the ecosystem. However, projects can customize their approach based on their strategy, such as setting hardcap, whitelisting. Richelieu is your gateway to intuitive and convenient crypto investing.

Do I need to hold a token to participate in sales?

No. We believe that investing should be accessible to everyone without holding a particular number of tokens which can be expensive for users. However, you are required to pass the KYC verification in order to participate in sales.

Will you release a token?

Can I contribute multiple times to a sale?

Yes, it is possible to contribute multiple times until the maximum deposit limit is reached.

What tokens do I need to participate in the Richelieu public sales?

Accepted payment is specified by the project Team before the sale start date such as USDC, USDT, or ETH.

What does FDV mean?

Fully diluted valuation - refers to the market cap of a project once all its tokens have been released into circulation. It is an estimation of a project's future market capitalization.

How to calculate Circulating market cap?

Circulating market cap = current price x circulating supply.

What are the risks of purchasing virtual currencies?

1) Virtual currency is not legal tender, is not backed by the government, and accounts and value balances are not subject to Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or Securities Investor Protection Corporation protections.

2) Legislative and regulatory changes or actions at the state, federal, or international level may adversely affect the use, transfer, exchange, and value of virtual currency.

3) Transactions in virtual currency may be irreversible, and, accordingly, losses due to fraudulent or accidental transactions may not be recoverable.

4) Some virtual currency transactions shall be deemed to be made when recorded on a public ledger, which is not necessarily the date or time that the customer initiates the transaction.

Do I need KYC to participate in the sales?

Yes. In order to participate in the token sales on Richelieu launchpad, it is mandatory to pass identity verification and KYC/AML (Know Your Customer/Anti-Money Laundering) checks. United States citizens are restricted from participating in any sales.

What are the restricted countries?

The citizens of the following countries are restricted from our platform : United States, North Korea, Cuba, Crimea, Iran, Afghanistan, Syria.
